Leakage test by eddy currents

Delta Test

This method is used for non-destructive material tests of condenser and heater tubes and also for tests of mantles of heat exchangers. The tests are based on the method of eddy currents, which makes it possible to detect and localize the degree of material damage still before the leakage appears. The method of eddy currents is also used for testing and checking of possible cracks in turbine blades, including computer–based evaluation, in piping systems and vessels not only in power generating equipments but also in all technological equipments generally.
